Dr. Stewart is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, with a focus on shoulder and knee injuries. A graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, he completed an orthopedic residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, and a fellowship in Sports Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Stewart is currently the official team doctor for Teton Gravity Research, an outdoor adventure company in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. In the past he has participated in caring for the New York Yankees, Reál Salt Lake (Major League Soccer), Olympic-level winter athletes, and Columbia University Athletics.

Dr. Stewart is proficient in minimally invasive procedures for shoulder and knee injuries, including ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, meniscus repair, shoulder stabilization, and cartilage restoration procedures. He treats pediatric and adult patients with athletic and non-athletic injuries.
